Avril’s Trust

Avril’s Trust was set up following the loss of a young mother through a heart attack.
It aims to raise funds in her name to support a range of preventative actions that will advance health through research into the causes of sudden heart failure.

The Trust will also aim to increase awareness amongst the general population of these risks and the opportunities for earlier diagnosis and treatment.

The Trust is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objectives are to advance health by supporting actions to research, raise awareness and diagnose heart disease in young adults aged 25-50.
